International Coach Federation Austin Chapter (ICFatx)

Make Your Coaching More “Co-Active”

The Co-Active Model of coaching was developed by the founders of The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) to transform the way people relate to and work with each other. It beautifully balances the “being” and “doing” of coaching and catapults individuals and organizations into both higher achievement and deeper connection and fulfillment. The magic happens in the dance between “Co” and “Active”!

Come join Austin CTI Ambassador Katherine Torrini for a hands-on introduction to the Co-Active Coaching model and skills. Learn Co-Active tools that will inspire you to think bigger, feel more alive, and make a difference—for yourself and your clients.

  •  If you’re a coach… add some Co-Active tools to your coaching toolkit.
  •  If you’re a CTI coach…re-fresh your skills and get a peek a the new Co-Active model
  •  If you’re curious…experience a taste of one of the world’s top coaching schools now offering trainings right here in Austin
